Concepts for a turn-based tactical Star Wars game from Respawn and Bit Reactor have appeared online
Lucasfilm confirmed in March that Respawn and Bit Reactor would unveil their Star Wars turn-based tactics game on April 19 at Star Wars Celebration 2025 in Japan.
Now the MP1st website has come across a portfolio of one of the Bit Reactor artists with concepts that supposedly date back to mid-2023, but in fact could have been made much earlier. In any case, they only give a general idea of what kind of project the studios are working on.
Apparently, the team is making an analogue of XCOM, which is natural: veterans of the series work in the Bit Reactor studio.
Bo-Katan Kryze can be seen among the playable characters in the images, and judging by the armor of the enemies, the events take place during the Clone Wars.
According to the main menu layout, the game is being created by Respawn and Bit Reactor under the working title Bruno.
