The most expensive LEGO set in 2025 was based on the movie “Star Wars”

Every year LEGO releases a huge set with tons of parts. This year, it could be the Death Star II model fromStar Wars.

Return of the Jedi came out over 40 years ago, and during that time many LEGO sets have been released based on the film. The most famous, perhaps, was the second, more powerful Death Star.

As noted by the portal TheDirect, an insider under the nickname fateful_04 reported the release of a new version of the Death Star. The release is expected in October this year.

The set will cost $999.99. This will make the new Death Star the most expensive model in the history of the Danish company.

The most expensive LEGO set at the moment is the UCS AT-AT - $849.99. The UCS Millennium Falcon costs the same, although it contains about 750 more parts (7500).

The UCS Death Star (75419) set is expected to contain at least 8,000 parts. Perhaps there will be more than 9000.

LEGO has been producing products based onStar Warssince 1999. The company has already presented several versions of the Death Star. The first one came out in 2008 and cost $399.99 (pictured above). This was followed by two more Empire weapon sets that included more minifigures.
