Star Wars Knights of the Old Republic is being adapted into a TV series

According to trusted insider Daniel Richtman, Lucasfilm studio has launched production of a new series in the Star Wars universe. It would seem that what is surprising here? But there is a nuance: we are talking about a film adaptation of the plot of the cult role-playing game Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic from Bioware. 

Although the main events of the first part have not yet been added to the Disney canon, the main character of the game, Darth Revan, is recognized by the House of Mouse and is considered a completely canonical character. In addition, rumors about an adaptation of this game were personally launched by Lucasfilm President Kathleen Kennedy back in 2019.
