The Mandalorian and Grogu reveal an unexpected feature of Yoda's appearance

One of the most intense episodes of The Mandalorian and Grogu features Din Djarin on the brink of death. George Lucas always maintained thatStar Warswas a story for children, and under Disney's leadership, that tradition was forged. The film is most reminiscent of a classic franchise project aimed at young audiences. And yet, at some point it may seem that the days of your favorite hero are numbered.

Grogu is desperately trying to take care of him and save his life. He builds a hut around him, protecting him from the weather and other dangers while he recovers from his injury.

The ability to build such huts is a manifestation of genetic memory, it is an instinct... One of the ideas of the story is this: the elders protect the younger ones, and then the younger ones protect the older ones. And just as Mando protected and cared for Grogu when he was at his most defenseless, now that Mando has been defeated by poison and has become vulnerable, Grogu is doing everything possible to shelter him from the elements and predators.

Grogu's desire to build a hut and protect Din Djarin is driven by "genetic memory" - an indication that it is a species-specific trait. This is one of the few specific details that we were able to learn about his relatives.
