The 7 Best Star Wars Villains Who Didn't Appear in the Movies

Luke Skywalker is undoubtedly one of the best heroes in movie history, but there is no debate about the best villain. Darth Vader regularly ranks among the top antagonists. However, Vader is not the only great villain inStar Wars.
There is also Emperor Palpatine, General Grievous, Count Dooku and Darth Maul. However, what they all have in common is that they appear in films. This doesn't mean that cartoons or comics are any less important. Here are a few characters that were nice to see in the movies.
1) Asajj Ventress

During the Clone Wars, Count Dooku enlists the help of Asajj, a Dathomirian Nightsister who wields a lightsaber masterfully. She repeatedly competed with Obi-Wan Kenobi and Anakin Skywalker.
After losing her family on Dathomir, Ventress begins a new life, traveling the galaxy as a bounty hunter and forming bonds with the Jedi Quinlan Vos. Perhaps her appearance in feature films may only be a matter of time.
2) Savage Opress

Opress and Ventress have much in common: they are from Dathomir and served Dooku during the Clone Wars. However, they part ways when Opress realizes that Ventress is using him. He begins to look for his brother, Maul, who tells him more about the Dark Side.
Maul forces his brother to join his quest for revenge against Obi-Wan, which ends in disaster. Palpatine eventually finds his former student and kills Opress. The only way Opress will make it into a live-action movie is ifStar Warsis about his life on Dathomir.
3) Starkiller

In the video gamesStar Wars: The Force UnleashedDarth Vader takes on an apprentice, taking in young Galen Marek after killing his father. A young Padawan dubbed Starkiller travels the galaxy, eliminating threats to the Empire. However, he quickly realizes that he is on the wrong side.
The main thing that prevents Starkiller from appearing in a game project is that the games with his participation are not canon. But if Lucasfilm executives decide to use Galen Marek, they could give him a role somewhere in the franchise.
4) Darth Bane

Thousands of years before the fall of the Republic, the Jedi and Sith fought in a massive conflict that claimed the lives of almost all the Sith. The only survivor was Darth Bane, who rebuilt the Dark Side army and created the Rule of Two, which allowed only two Sith to operate at a time.
Due to the chronology of films and TV series, it was not possible to show the life of Darth Bane. However, with the release of James Mangold's project about the origins of the Jedi Order, the iconic Sith may appear in films.
5) Darth Revan

The predecessor of Darth Bane, who was originally a Jedi, but succumbed to the influence of the Dark Side. The story is set in the video games Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic, and although Revan eventually returns to the Light Side, he remains a colorful villain.
Rumors about the film Knights of the Old Republic have been circulating for many years, but they have never led to anything. Lucasfilm would be wise to consider adapting Revan's rise to film, as it is one of the franchise's best stories.
6) Darth Talon

The Legends canon is full of exciting villains, and one of them is the Twi'lek Darth Talon. She is a member of the New Sith Order and operates a century after the Battle of Yavin. Her main mission is to turn Cade Skywalker to the Dark Side.
With the exception of the sequel trilogy, the currentStar Warscanon doesn't pay much attention to the decades after the fall of the Empire.Fortunately, there is an opportunity to introduce the First Lady of the Sith.
7) Son

The arc fromStar Wars: The Clone Warsexplores the planet Mortis, whose inhabitants were sensitive to the Force. Viewers are introduced to its inhabitants: Father, Daughter and Son. The son does not get along with his family members and tries to turn Anakin Skywalker to the Dark Side in order to escape Mortis.
The Son's plan fails and he dies at the hands of the Chosen One. However, Mortis has a rich history, soStar Warscould easily return to the planet and touch on the antagonist's past. Perhaps the second season ofAhsokawill pave the way for the Son’s debut in a feature film.
