The Mandalorian and Grogu promo accidentally revealed the return of 2 Star Wars characters
New promotional material may have inadvertently revealed two characters will appear in the filmThe Mandalorian & Grogu. However, the actors playing their roles have not yet been confirmed for the project.

The new Star Wars will feature characters who have already crossed paths with Din Djarin and Grogu. Zeb Orrelios fromRebelswill apparently play a significant role. Also confirmed to appear is Trapper Wolf, voiced by Dave Filoni.
The mobile game Star Wars: Galaxy of Heroes will host an official crossover event with the upcoming film. To promote it, Lucasfilm and EA unveiled new art featuring the main characters, Rotta the Hutt and others.
Interestingly, in the lower left corner of the image, two familiar characters are fighting a giant creature. These are Carson Teva and Cobb Vance, who are familiar to fans of the MandoVerse show.

Teva appeared in The Mandalorian and the first season of Ahsoka, while Vance played a major role in the second season of The Mandalorian and The Book of Boba Fett. Since this art is directly related toThe Mandalorian and Grogu, this may hint at their participation in the film.
Will Cobb Vance be in The Mandalorian and Grogu?

Vance's earlier appearance inThe Mandalorian and Groguwas unlikely. Timothy Olyphant hasn't played this character sinceThe Book of Boba Fettand he hasn't been mentioned at all. It seemed like Jon Favreau and Dave Filoni were starting to take Din Djarin and the MandoVerse in a completely different direction.
Now that Cobb has appeared in promotional materials directly related to the film, it seems that he will at least have a cameo. Favreau himself previously stated that the character is still alive and well in a galaxy far, far away.
The premiere ofThe Mandalorian and Groguwill take place on May 21.
