Evil Yoda appears in new Star Wars promo
Following the official announcement of the Dark Side version of Master Yoda being added to the roster of characters in a galaxy far, far away, a first look at the character has been revealed.

Yoda is one of the most famous and beloved characters in the history of Star Wars. Since his appearance inThe Empire Strikes Back, the hero has appeared in several films, TV series and games. However, historically he is on the light side of the Force. Now this changes the EA project.
The Age of Myth and Legend expansion forStar Wars: Galaxy of Heroes recasts classic characters as villains. The release is inspired by fan theories, such as Darth Jar Jar Binks. He and evil Yoda can be seen in the promo:

Other Legends characters will return to Galaxy of Heroes

The expansion will also feature other non-canon characters, such as Mara Jade from Timothy Zahn's Heir to the Empire trilogy of novels. Mara is already present inGalaxy of Heroesas the Hand of the Emperor, but the new version is based on the character after she married Luke Skywalker.
Galaxy of Heroes will also feature several characters based on Ralph McQuarrie's original concept art forA New Hope. For example, the Dark Side character in the expansion will be based on a stormtrooper with a lightsaber and shield.

Another character based on the concept will appear - the original design of Luke Skywalker, who was planned to be called Luke Starkiller.

Another notable addition toGalaxy of Heroes is Ronin fromStar Wars Visions.Notably, Ronin appears as a dark side character and will be with his droid R5-D56.
