Actor Cameron Monaghan calls Cal Kestis his favorite character of his entire career.

Actor Cameron Monaghan said that Cal Kestis, the protagonist of the acclaimed games Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order and Star Wars Jedi: Survivor, is his favorite character of his entire career. The announcement was made during a recent special screening of the new season of the animated miniseries LEGO Star Wars: Rebuild the Galaxy – Pieces of the Past, which premiered last month on Disney Plus.

Our games are generally aimed at adults, and Cal often finds himself in dangerous situations and experiencing existential angst. It was nice to have fun with him and relax.

Expressing his affection for the character, Monaghan said:

The actor previously confirmed that a third game with Cal Kestis is in development. “We're currently working on a third game,” he said at the time. Monaghan also expressed interest in playing the character in a live-action project, but stressed that "it has to be done right."
