The second season of the series Andor is coming out this week, so reviews have already appeared online. They are mostly laudatory.

The second season has an impressive 98% on Rotten Tomatoes, with an average rating of 9.1/10. The first season has 96% with 8.45/10. It seems the creators have reached a new level in terms of quality.
They write that the second season is exactly what modern Star Wars should be like. Praise is given to the thought-provoking script and the compelling acting. Negative reviews call the show boring. The downside is the predictable ending.

The first episodes of the second season ofAndorawill be released on Disney+ on Wednesday, April 23.
According to the official release schedule, three episodes will be released every week, starting on April 22. The last batch of episodes will be released on May 13.

- April 29 - episodes 4-6;
- May 6 - episodes 7–9;
- May 13—episodes 10–12.

What will happen in the second season of Andor?
Like the first season, we will get a political thriller in the universe of Star Wars. Events promise to be bigger.
They promise to show the Gorman massacre in every detail.In it, thousands of dissenting protesters were shot by the Empire and this was used by the Rebels to further drive a wedge between the Empire and the population.
This new season will also feature some familiar faces from otherStar Warsprojects. The most important among these will be K-2SO, voiced by Alan Tudyk. However, showrunner Tony Gilroy stressed that you shouldn't expect random or meaningless cameos.
But it was confirmed that the Inquisitor, a Jedi hunter, will appear in the show. There is a possibility of multiple Force users appearing.
