Darth Vader is considered one of the best villains in cinema, which is largely due to the elaborate story arc about the fall of the hero.

Haden Christensen believes that not all the stories about Darth Vader have been told. Ahead of the 20th anniversary ofStar Wars: Episode III - Revenge of the Sithwhere Anakin Skywalker succumbed to the dark side of the Force, the actor announced at Star Wars Celebration Japan that he will be returning for the second season ofAhsoka.

"I can't say much, but Anakin will be back in season two," Christensen said during the panel. Anakin previously appeared in the first season as a Force ghost in Between Worlds, meeting with former student Ahsoka.

It is not yet known what role Skywalker will have in the sequel to Ahsoka, but the actor hopes to don Darth Vader's armor again. In an interview with ComicBook he said that there were still stories about the character after"Revenge" Sith.

There's a lot more we could explore with Vader. Picking up where we left off after Episode III and everything he had to go through after he was trapped. There are many more very interesting stories that we could tell.

Darth Vader is actively used by Lucasfilm

In general, Christensen's character was reunited not only with his former Padawan, but also with his teacher. Vader had a big role in the Obi-Wan Kenobi show, which takes place between the events ofRevenge of the SithandA New Hope.

Additionally, Marvel and Lucasfilm have released a comic book series called Darth Vader similar to what Christensen describes. The plot tells what Vader did after his transformation. In the comic, the Sith Lord has adapted to his costume and his role as the Emperor's right hand.

Don't forget about the appearance of the villain in the film Rogue One. True, Vader has more of a cameo there.
