Jon Favreau has revealed one of the strangest and most interesting technical features behind the Mandalorian series and the Grogu movie: he used Apple Vision Pro to preview what IMAX footage would look like in a theatrical-sized frame. In an excerpt from an interview published by several publications, Favreau said that they developed software that allows him to put on a headset, sit in a virtual IMAX theater and view the image in full format while aligning frames.

Burger King has officially announced the launch of a limited-time menu on May 4th at participating U.S. restaurants in honor of the upcoming film, which will be released in theaters on May 22, 2026.

Of all the names you might expect to see in a Star Wars movie, Martin Scorsese's name probably wasn't high on that list.
But according to SFX Magazine, citing comments from director Jon Favreau, the legendary filmmaker will actually make a cameo appearance in The Mandalorian and Grogu, voicing the alien shopkeeper seen in the film's trailer. The film will be released overseas on May 22, 2026.
For fans who fell in love with Star Wars before Disney bought Lucasfilm, 2014 was a time of mourning as many stories were declared non-canonical. Among them is the Starkiller saga. The star of the franchise about a galaxy far, far away, Mark Hamill (“The Long Walk”), who gave audiences the character of Luke Skywalker, said that his three children have completely different attitudes towards the films of the Star Wars universe.
In an interview USA Today the actor admitted that not all children are in delighted with the franchise.
Nathan Hamill, who was born during the filming of Star Wars: Episode V - The Empire Strikes Back, was present on the set of Return of the Jedi.
