Hayden Christensen teases more Darth Vader in new Star Wars

Darth Vader is considered one of the best villains in cinema, which is largely due to the elaborate story arc about the fall of the hero.

Haden Christensen believes that not all the stories about Darth Vader have been told. Ahead of the 20th anniversary of Star Wars: Episode III - Revenge of the Sith, where Anakin Skywalker succumbed to the dark side of the Force, the actor announced at Star Wars Celebration Japan that he will return for the second season of Ahsoka.

"I can't say much, but Anakin will be back in season two," Christensen said during the panel. Anakin previously appeared in the first season as a Force ghost in Between Worlds, meeting with former student Ahsoka.

It's unclear what role Skywalker will have in the Ahsoka sequel, but the actor hopes to don Darth Vader's armor again. In an interview with ComicBook he said that there were still stories about the character after Revenge of the Sith.

Jedi Kelleran Beck may return in future Star Wars projects

Ahmed Best played Jar Jar Binks in the 1999 film Star Wars: Episode I - The Phantom Menace. However, he is famous not only for his role as a Gungan.

I'm always ready to put on the robe again. I've imagined his future adventures in my head, so hopefully we can make it a reality one day. It was fun to play him.

Best added that his short fight scene in The Mandalorian was only "one-tenth of one percent of what can be shown." The actor wants to star in a large-scale battle.

5 Things We Learned at the Ahsoka Panel at Star Wars Celebration Japan

The highly anticipated second season of Star Wars: Ahsoka doesn't begin filming until next week, but that doesn't mean the cast and crew haven't prepared plenty of previews, teasers, and a pre-production teaser to share with audiences at Star Wars Celebration Japan.

The jury included creator, writer and showrunner Dave Filoni, executive producer Jon Favreau, and Ahsoka herself, Rosario Dawson (they were joined a little later by a special guest).

After Lucasfilm's James Waugh announced the release date for nine new short films Star Wars: Visions - October 29, 2025 - he announced a brand new a spin-off series of longer stories from Star Wars: Visions.

He invited the writer and director of The Ninth Jedi to the stage, Kenji Kamiyama, who thanked the audience for such support and enthusiasm for Kara and Juro's adventures in The Ninth Jedi and the upcoming Hope's Child. He then announced that fans would watch Kara's journey continue in an all-new spin-off called Star Wars: Visions Presents - The Ninth Jedi.
