Disney has released the first trailer for the new chapter of the Star Wars Tales anthology, dedicated to the criminal world of a galaxy far, far away. Six episodes entitled Star Wars: Tales of the Underworld will be released on the Disney Plus streaming platform on May 4, International Star Wars Day.

Although the trailer doesn't reveal any plot details, it has been revealed that the series will focus on two iconic characters from the universe. The first storyline will tell about the former mercenary Asajj Ventress, who is one step away from a new life. The second story will feature the adventures of bounty hunter Cad Bane, who meets an old friend who now finds himself on the other side of the law.

Judging by the trailer, all episodes of Tales of the Underworld will be entirely dedicated to the stories of Ventress and Bane.

The mini-series was created and executive produced by Dave Filoni, who previously worked on such successful franchise projects as “The Mandalorian” and “Star Wars Rebels.” All six episodes of Star Wars: Tales of the Underworld will premiere simultaneously, allowing viewers to immerse themselves in new stories from the criminal underworld of Star Wars on May 4, 2025.

According to MP1st's sources, the upcoming game is called Star Wars: Zero Company, which likely refers to the Mandalorian militia Company Zero. Earlier, project concepts appeared online, from which it became known for the first time that the main characters of the game could be Mandalorians. On the art there is, for example, Bo-Katan.

Bit Reactor, which is developing with Respawn, was founded by XCOM veterans, so the game will clearly be inspired by the tactical series.

Star Wars Outlaws Coming to Switch 2 in 2025

There is no word yet on what exactly the port of the game will be for the Nintendo platform. We only know that Star Wars Outlaws should appear on Switch 2, approximately November 21, 2025.
